The notary's function is to administer oaths and affirmations, take affidavits and statutory declarations, or witness and authenticate the execution of certain documents. We serve as an official and impartial state witness for client signatures.

A facilitator of real-time communication between English and Spanish speakers by converting spoken word so that both parties can understand each other. Thalia can attend your court hearings or immigration appointment at the US Citizen and Immigration Office in Fresno.
